This comprehensive Level 5 equivalent Pathway Programme will provide you with the following insights, knowledge and skills.

The two CMI Assessments will ensure that the concepts and principles you have learned and practiced throughout the course are embedded in your work as a leader and manager. They will also assist you with the final Application to become a Chartered Manager.

In the Leading For Success Programme you will learn to:
