These sessions provide a scientifically-based approach to awaken our natural tendency toward wellbeing and to move aside the limiting beliefs that have been shown to prevent us from reaching our potential. We combine digital tools and personal mentoring with an accredited integrative health practitioner to address the key reasons educators may not be achieving their goals. Inclusions are:
Each session takes an holistic approach aiming to improve health outcomes and foster wellness by allowing the body’s natural wisdom to prioritise the body’s healing intelligence, rather than by relying on a “I am broken and need fixing” perspective. The focus is on your choice of the 12 core areas of our life where the struggle for better health and greater potential is most prevalent. The integrative sessions are cumulative in effect and focus on maladies, blocks and dysfunctional behaviours that arise from imbalances in your energy complex. At their core these sessions are focused on liberating you from limiting beliefs that have been created both through nature and nurture. They are founded on the premise that ultimately we are responsible for our own decisions and for our belief systems. By adopting this view we are able to break through our own inner glass ceilings to create the lives we wish to live.
We offer complimentary sessions for first-timers. These are 10-minute sessions via Zoom. They are a chance to meet and discuss your needs and health concerns. We can discover how the sessions can assist in bringing about better body/mind balance, clarity and vitality.
These are complementary 10-minute sessions for existing clients. They are an opportunity for us to discuss how you are going after your session and for you to gain any additional support that you may need.
Appointments take place over Zoom and last between 10 and 45 minutes depending on your appointment choice. We will discuss anything that has come up as a result of me reading your Intake Form and I will carry out our session. Please find somewhere where you can be safe and relaxed to have your session. Choosing a quiet place is also helpful as we may be using a variety of meditation, breathwork, visualisation and action techniques.You will be able to make changes to your Intake Form and your appointment date and time up to 24 hoursprior to your Zoom Session. After this time, these sessions are non-refundable so please listen to your body and mind and make sure you are ready for our session when you book in.
You will not lose your appointment if you cannot make it. Your Guide can carry out your appointment without the initial briefing and then email you the links to the audio files which detail what came up in your session as per the Session process. You will still receive the FULL benefit of the session. Please contact us if this happens for you.
As each session is tailored by your body and mind, every person responds differently. Sometimes you may like to have a de-brief about what came up or chat to your Guide – sometimes not. Whichever it is – no problem. You will receive a follow up email a week after your scheduled session and once you have received this you can book in a 10 minute Support Session at your leisure.
I am a facilitator between your body’s wisdom and you for this program. Our sessions are focused on being therapeutic and educational and not meant to replace advice from your medical practitioner. My own journey for better health began in my teens after experiencing chronic illnesses that were to last for over 2 decades. It was only after years of searching and training that I was able to finally find a solution. Since 2011 I have focused on creating this program using integrative modalities which improve health and wellness outcomes in the workplace; modalities which are some of the most powerful, cost-effective and time-effective answers to address illnesses. Together with my clients, I have witnessed extraordinary brilliance arising from the blur of professional and personal uncertainty when we embrace our shadow and light, trust in ourselves, ask for support and welcome in the new.
I have trained and practiced in the UK, Australia, Germany and China and my certifications and practice centres around Jungian psychology, somatic therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, active dreaming and quantum medicine as espoused by the BodyTalk System. I hold degrees in Education, Law and Business and further qualifications and trainings in dispute resolution, quantum energy medicine and intuitive healing, dance teaching, shamanic work, ballet and languages. I am a member of the global community of Certified Archetype Consultants with Caroline Myss (CMED), a member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and a Chartered Manager (CMI).

To help you feel better supported and develop your self-confidence as leaders, our programmes include the opportunity to share your ideas and reflections and workplace application with your peers in our social learning area, in SWITCHinars or group consultations.
The practice activities, SWITCHinars, pulse checks and consults used in our programmes aid long-term behaviour change by engaging the brain and reinforcing learning. These learnings have been gained over 50 years of business and education experience.
