What do I do if I’m having problems signing in?

If you’re having problems signing in to your Switch Education account, there are a few things you can do to try to identify and fix the problem. Firstly, make sure that caps lock is turned off, since all passwords are case-sensitive. If you’re sure you’re using the right password but you still can’t sign in, please reset your password. If you still can’t sign up, contact our support team for assistance at support@switcheducation.com. We will respond within 2-5 working days.
