You will explore a range of leadership styles and hear from experts in the areas of authentic and empowering leadership. Through this process you will improve your understanding on how helping people find their purpose delivers superior results compared to forcing subordinates to be loyal followers. We have curated content from Bev James, Bill George, Lars Sudmann, John Kotter and Ken Blanchard, all aimed at challenging your views on what makes a great leader.

You will have an opportunity to share your own leadership story and to explore the important events that define how you lead and to compare this with other leadership frameworks. We also explore how recognising the difference between leading and managing can help you become more effective in your role.

Finally, you will look at how your leadership style can be adapted to suit changing circumstances and how learning to do this will assist you as you lead today.
